• Quiz answers: Your responses to our matching quizzes, including budget, property type, business type, salary range, spending habits and preferences. This data is not directly identifiable on its own but becomes identifiable when combined with your contact information.
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, clicks and navigation behaviour, collected automatically via Google Analytics 4.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and approximate location, collected automatically.

3. How we use your data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To generate your personalised AI-powered recommendation based on your quiz answers.
• To send your match result to your email address when you request it.
• To share your contact details and quiz answers with vetted specialist partners — property agents, business setup firms, mortgage brokers or credit card advisors — when you explicitly request a specialist introduction.
• To notify you of relevant guides, updates and services where you have consented to receive such communications.
• To improve our platform, recommendations and user experience through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing your data with third parties

When you submit your details through our lead form or specialist introduction request, your name, email, phone number and quiz answers will be shared with one or more of our specialist partners relevant to your enquiry. These partners are:

• Licensed UAE real estate agents and brokers (for property enquiries)
• Licensed UAE business setup and PRO service firms (for business enquiries)
• UAE-licensed mortgage brokers and financial advisors (for property and credit enquiries)
